Pilini’s August Festival is organized every year within Pilini’s municipality unit area. It has been established in collaboration of the Municipality Cultural Centre and the local Cultural Associations. The festival aims to promote cultural heritage and natural environment of the area through the involvement of the residents and especially younger people. The program includes music and theatrical performances, excursions, hiking, exhibitions and sports events. “Pie Feast” also takes place in Famila within the Festival’s program, where local women prepare pies to treat locals and visitors.
